Quarry Products

Dolomite is one of the leading quarry operators in Klang Valley. Currently, it has two (2) integrated quarry and crushing plant operation strategically located in Hulu Langat, Selangor and Bentong, Pahang respectively

The quarry in Hulu Langat covering a land area of approximately 838 acres is one of the single largest granite quarries in Malaysia. The bountiful rock reserves ensure adequate rock supply for our operation. The crusher plant on the quarry site has two production lines.

The products produced include crusher run (-50mm), ³/₄” graded granite aggregates, ³/₈” graded granite aggregates, fine aggregates, quarry dust (-5mm), 6” x 9” blocks and etc. The quarry products are sold to external clients and also used for in-house projects, production of hotmixes and readymixed concrete.

Hotmixes Dolomite has sizeable operations in the production and supply of hotmixes used for road surfacing. We owned four hotmix plants located at Hulu Langat, Batu Caves and Bentong. The plants are able to manufacture all kinds of hotmixes according to clients’ specifications. Rental of machinery are also provided as an added services to clients for paving purposes.		Readymixed Concrete Dolomite has 13 batching plants and a strong fleet of 131 units concrete mixer truck to facilitate its readymixed concrete distribution.

Precast Concrete Products

Dolomite is also involved in manufacturing of precast concrete products such as reinforced concrete piles, beams, U-drains and etc.
